Ian started his working career as an engineering apprentice, and has come up through the 'mill' gathering experience along the way in manufacturing, project management, management development and marketing. He has worked in food manufacturing and engineering contracting as a Design and Project Engineer, Works Engineer, Works Manager, Marketing Manager, Management Development Advisor and Managing Director Through this wide spectrum of experience and 20 years as a business adviser, management consultant, mentor and trainer in business and management skills he has helped his clients achieve notable success. If he has a specialism it is in helping with substantial family businesses, which span 2 generations.
