Ian Mawdsley is a professionally qualified, independent business and management consultant with a track record spanning fourteen years. As well as holding senior positions in large organisations he has experience in managing medium sized business employing up to 140 staff. He has owned and managed his own business employing twenty staff.

He has worked as a as a senior manager for some of the major companies in the UK and has come up through the mill as a Mechanical Engineer, Works Manager, Business Development Manager, Management Development Advisor and Managing Director. Over the last fourteen years he has developed a portfolio of clients in the private sector, some of whom have achieved acclamation including British Small Business Champions and Merseyside Small Business of the Year. From small beginnings his star client was ready is to float on the Alternative Investment Market after just four years.
